Line, one of the essential elements of design will be explored over the following two 6h.l workshops. Christina will cover some line design theory and definitions. Students will then have lots of fun as they draw, doodle, slice, and shuffle to create personal, unique designs while learning to understand how lines work together to affect the design and the viewer

During the first day you can expect to get started on producing several designs that can be easily reproduced in fibre art.

The second day of the workshop will focus on reproducing one of your designs into a masterpiece in fabric. Christina will also introduce a few surface design techniques, based on the interest of the students and time.
